About the role As a dedicated SEN teaching assistant (ASD specialist), you’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored, 1:1 and group support for pupils with autism across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll adapt learning materials, facilitate communication, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels understood and valued.
