Job Description
Smile Education are delighted to be supporting Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in appointing Teaching Assistants to join their existing staff team within Primary and Secondary SEN settings, located in Wolverhampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within schools who are committed to fostering a love of learning and helping each pupil reach their individual potentials.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 Support to students with a variety of SEND needs
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment
Adapting individual learning plans to support the needs of the pupil
Monitoring and recording pupil achievements
Liaising with wider staff team to ensure a holistic, consistent and nurturing approach
Part time / Full time opportunities
Term time onlyAbout You:
Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification
Ability to work on a short notice
Confident in working independently
Prior experience of supporting SEN children and young people
Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
Hold an enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to apply for a new one through Smile EducationChoose Us If…
