About the role
This part-time, temporary role focuses on supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs across the primary age range. You’ll play a key role in helping children feel safe, understood, and confident in the classroom. Through structured support and emotional regulation strategies, you’ll help break down barriers to learning and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs
• A calm, consistent, and supportive approach to behaviour management
• Ability to build trust with pupils, staff, and families
• Understanding of emotional regulation strategies and personalised support
