SEN Teaching Assistant – Southwark
Location: Southwark
Salary: £90 to £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a vibrant school in Southwark. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and speech and language challenges.
Main Duties:
Support pupils on a 1:1 and group basis.
Help maintain a positive and productive classroom.
Work alongside SENCOs and therapists to implement strategies.
Track and report on student progress.
Candidate Profile:
SEN experience is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
