What You'll Be Doing
Providing one-to-one support to pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language challenges
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans
Supporting learning both in class and through targeted small group sessions
Helping pupils with emotional regulation, focus, and social interactions
Promoting independence and confidence in the classroom
Communicating progress to staff and parents where appropriate
