GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at a specialist secondary school in Dibden Purlieu. The school supports students aged 11–16 with a wide range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication and sensory challenges, specific, moderate, and severe learning difficulties, as well as mental health needs.
In this rewarding role, you’ll provide tailored support to students in both classroom settings and small groups, adapting your approach to meet their unique learning needs and abilities. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of teachers, therapists, external professionals, and families, fostering strong partnerships that enhance each student’s experience. You’ll work directly with students, delivering hands-on, engaging, and practical learning experiences that make education both fun and meaningful. By contributing to a warm, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment, you’ll play a key role in helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally, equipping them with the skills they need for independent living, adulthood, and future employment.

Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
