Located in leafy Barnet, the school is close to excellent public transport links (Tube and bus) and offers onsite parking, modern facilities, outdoor learning spaces, and sensory rooms. It also boasts a diverse and inclusive student population, with a community-minded staff team who genuinely value collaboration. Key requirements • Previous experience supporting children with ASD in an educational setting • Strong communication and de-escalation skills • Ability to follow EHCPs and work closely with SENCOs and external therapists • Proactive and resilient mindset Whether you're an experienced SEN TA or looking to specialise in autism support, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a long-term difference and grow within a supportive environment.
