SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Earl's Court (SW5)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Start Date: ASAP
Temp - Perm position (12 working weeks)

This nurturing and inclusive setting supports children and young people with a diverse range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

The Role
As an ABA Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
· Delivering ABA-based interventions as part of a structured programme
· Implementing behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the Behaviour Analyst
· Collecting data on student progress and behaviours throughout sessions
· Supporting the development of functional communication and life skills
· Creating a positive and structured environment that promotes engagement and learning
· Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team
What We’re Looking For
· Experience working as an ABA Teaching Assistant or in a behaviour support role (preferred)
· A degree (or studying towards) in Psychology, Education, or a related field
· A strong understanding of autism and/or behavioural approaches
· Patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills
· A proactive, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with children with additional needs
· Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
