Permanent (Employed directly by the school)
£22,500- £24,500 (Actual Salary - 39 Weeks a Year (Dependent on experience)
In the heart of Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire a ‘Good’ SEND School are on the hunt for 3 x SEN Teaching Assistants to join them from September 2025. The positions are permanent, and on a full-time contract (Employed directly by the school)
Although supporting these young people can be challenging, the rewards are immense as you see them develop and succeed in reaching their full potential, gaining educational outcomes and returning to mainstream wherever possible. The work can be demanding at times but there is a high staff to pupil ratio.

* SEN Teaching Assistant
* Working with small class sizes on a 1:1 and small groups
* Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
* September 2025 Start
* £22,500- £24,500 (Actual Salary - 39 Weeks a Year (Dependent on experience)
* Permanent Contract (Employed Directly by the school)
* Located in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience working with students with SEN, either in a School, Youth work or care setting
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student's progress
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
