SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School Setting
Location: Earl’s Court, SW5 (Primary site)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Contract: Temp – Perm (12 working weeks)

The school supports young children with autism and additional needs, offering a warm, structured, and supportive environment where every child is helped to thrive.
The Role:
* Support children with their learning, communication, and daily routines
* Help deliver fun, structured lessons tailored to each child’s individual needs
* Use visual aids, signs, symbols, and communication devices to support children
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to provide consistent care
* Encourage independence, social skills, and confidence in a safe setting
* Build strong relationships with families and support home–school communication
Ideal candidate:
* Experience working with children with autism or additional needs (in school or another setting)
* A calm, patient, and positive attitude
* A willingness to learn new skills and follow guidance from teachers and therapists
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Someone who truly wants to help children reach their full potential
* A strong commitment to keeping children safe and happy
