This role is perfect for recent graduates in Child Psychology, Education, Social Work, Youth Studies, or similar fields – or for those with a Level 3+ qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare, or SEND. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who’s passionate about supporting children with SEND needs (Autism, ADHD, SCLN, SEMH) and helping them shine in an inclusive environment.

You’ll work across the school, supporting children through hands-on, play-based learning. Rather than only working 1:1, you’ll be part of a team engaging with the whole class – helping children build relationships, grow in confidence, and develop essential life skills.

A team player with great energy

Recent experience supporting children (in schools or similar settings)
