We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving and welcoming primary school located in the vibrant and historic neighbourhood of Hendon, North West London. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone confident in supporting children with Autism (ASD), ADHD and SEMH needs, whether on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

Key responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCP targets and intervention plans
• Support pupils in class or in small groups, adapting learning to individual needs
• Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment where all children can thrive

• Solid experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Calm, compassionate and skilled at building trust with pupils
• Flexibility to work across KS1 and KS2
• Commitment to making a lasting difference in a child’s educational journey
