Rate: £90-£110 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Join our dynamic team in East London. As a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) and contribute to a nurturing learning environment. You will be supporting a year 7 child with moderate Autism, whereby you will be supporting her academically and mentally.
SEN Teaching Assistant Duties:
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting materials to meet the student's needs.
Implementing strategies to support the student's learning and social development.
Facilitating communication between the student and their peers.
Providing emotional support and encouragement to build the student's confidence.
Collaborating with teachers and parents to maximize the student's educational experience.The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.SEN Teaching Assistant Exclusive Benefits:
