We're working with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Havering that's looking to welcome a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a variety of needs including ASD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH and complex learning profiles
Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning
Encourage pupil engagement, social interaction and independence
Help create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive
