Full-time role as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a mixed KS1-KS2 provision
Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges
Working both 1:1 and with small groups to help students achieve individual targets
Creating a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Collaborating closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialistsThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Have prior experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Bring a proactive, calm, and compassionate attitude to the role
