About the Role

Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Brent, starting in September 2025.
This part-time, flexible role is ideal for individuals with a background in supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviours. Working in 1:1 settings or with small groups, you’ll play a key role in helping students access the curriculum, develop confidence, and reach their full potential both academically and emotionally.
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Supporting learners with additional needs in the classroom
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities
• Providing emotional regulation support and building positive relationships
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure student progress
• Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour in line with school values
