SEN Teaching Assistant - Newham 🌟
📍 Location: Newham, East London
💰 Pay: £112 - £125 per day (depending on experience)
🕣 Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
📅 Start Date: ASAP / September Start Available
📘 Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time Only

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that truly values the support and development of every child.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing social and emotional skills.
Help to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
About You:
Previous experience working with children with SEN (in a school, care, or youth work setting).
Calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for inclusive education.
