Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Leatherhead Have you worked with SEN students in a UK school setting? Are you looking for a permanent opportunity? If you are passionate about supporting children with SEN and want to contribute to a positive learning environment, we'd love to hear from you Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs. Responsibilities Support SEN students in their learning and development both in and out of the classroom Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivering tailored learning activities Help manage behaviour and provide emotional support to pupils Monitor and record student progress and share feedback with the teaching team Collaborate with other professionals to ensure each child's needs are met Requirements Minimum 3 to 6 months' experience in a UK school working with SEN students is required.
