Overview
An outstanding SEN secondary school in Leeds is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with autism, learning difficulties, and social and emotional needs. You will be part of a nurturing and committed team working with students aged 11–18.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous SEN experience, especially those from youth work, care, or residential settings.
Key Duties

Provide classroom-based support and targeted interventions

Build strong, trusting relationships with students with SEN

Support behaviour regulation and social development

Collaborate with teaching and support staff to meet EHCP outcomes
