Job Description
Are you a passionate and nurturing Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated SEN TAs to join fantastic primary and specialist schools across Ealing from September.
About the Role:
Supporting children with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Working 1:1 or with small groups, both in and out of the classroom.
Assisting the class teacher with creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Implementing personalised learning programmes, behaviour plans, and providing emotional support.
About You:
Experience supporting children with SEN, either in a school, nursery, or care setting.
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
