We are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Harrow seeking a full-time SEN teaching assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in ASD and a genuine passion for helping children thrive both emotionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one and small group support for pupils with ASD across KS1 and KS2
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
• Support the development of social and emotional skills
• Help manage behaviours in a calm and positive manner
• Monitor and record student progress and help adapt learning strategies accordingly
Requirements
• Experience working with children with ASD or in a similar SEN role
• A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential
