Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham B42
Day Rate: £(Apply online only)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you a patient, caring individual looking to make a real difference in a child's education? LTF are working with a welcoming primary school in B42, Birmingham, who are searching for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.
This full-time role offers the chance to support a KS1 pupil on a 1:1 basis with Autism, helping them engage with learning and daily routines in the classroom. The school provides excellent support, making this a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience in SEN or looking to specialise further in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with Autism
Help manage routines, transitions and learning activities
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Implement strategies from EHCP and behaviour plans
Create a calm and engaging learning environmentYou Will Need:
Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism
A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour management
Confidence in adapting tasks to suit individual needs
