About the role:
Teach Now is recruiting three dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support a small ARP class of 10 children with complex needs. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a passionate and professional team that values every contribution and makes a lasting impact every day.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with complex needs
• Assist with personal care and toileting where required
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Foster trust, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and creative learning space
About you:
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN or care needs
• A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
• Availability for immediate interviews and a September start
