SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Oldham 📍 Location: Oldham 📅 Start Date: Immediate 💷 Pay: £90-£100 per day (depending on experience) 🕘 Contract: Full-time, with the potential for a permanent role Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? Are you experienced in delivering small-group interventions and ready to make a difference in a supportive school environment? Tradewind are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-respected mainstream primary school in Oldham. The Role: Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a range of special educational needs Delivering targeted interventions in small groups or on a 1:1 basis Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and adapt learning Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all learners £90-£100 per day, depending on experience Full training and ongoing support provided Opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance The School: This welcoming one-form entry academy is part of a well-regarded multi-academy trust. It is highly respected in the local community for its inclusive ethos and high standards of care and education. The leadership team is committed to staff wellbeing and continuous development, offering regular CPD and SEN-specific training. The school caters for children from Reception to Year 6, many of whom require tailored support to thrive both academically and emotionally.
