Schools across Tower Hamlets are seeking skilled and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated needs in specialist settings. You'll be working in small classes, supporting students with their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting communication using PECS, Makaton, or visual timetables
Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
Working closely with teachers and therapists
