Academics, a respected national education recruitment agency, is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Solihull from September. In this full-time role, you will provide focused 1:1 support to a capable student with autism and a hearing impairment, helping them to succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, focusing on engagement and understanding across key subjects
