Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A specialist PRU setting for secondary-aged boys with SEMH and other SEND. The school offers a supportive, well-structured environment tailored to individual student needs.
About the role:
The role involves working one-to-one and in small groups with students to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. You'll assist in managing behaviour and encouraging positive engagement in learning.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs
Foster a safe and engaging learning environment
Work closely with teachers and external professionals
Promote emotional regulation and resilienceRequirements - The ideal candidate would have:
At least 1 year of SEN support experience
Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced child & adult DBS on the Update Service
