Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Coventry (CV6) to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Reception-aged child from September.
The Role:
You'll be supporting a child in their own classroom, following a personalised curriculum designed to meet their individual needs. The child is developing their communication and currently uses single words and simple phrases.
Building a positive and trusting relationship will be key to helping them engage and thrive in their learning.
Main Duties:
Supporting the child 1:1 with daily learning and routines
Encouraging communication using clear language, visuals, and modelling
Helping with table-top tasks and play-based learning activities
Creating a calm, predictable, and supportive environment
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
We'd Love to Hear from You If You:
Have experience supporting children in EYFS or with additional needs
Are patient, reliable, and able to form strong bonds with young children
Understand how to support learning through both structure and play
Are confident using simple strategies to encourage communication and routine
Hold a relevant TA qualification or early years/SEN training
