Hours: Flexible – full-time and part-time roles available (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm)
Contract: Ongoing supply and cover work via ANZUK Education
Pay: £90-£105 per day (dependent on experience and role type)
SEN Teaching Assistant – Flexible Supply & Cover – Westminster (September Start)
ANZUK Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across the borough of Westminster. Starting from September 2025, we have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule and availability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain varied classroom experience while supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in both mainstream and specialist settings. Ideal for those with experience in education, care, or youth support who are passionate about inclusive learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Assist class teachers in delivering inclusive and accessible learning activities
* Support students with emotional regulation, classroom engagement, and transitions
* Adapt your support approach based on the needs of individual learners and school settings
* Help maintain a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
* A flexible, proactive, and patient approach to working across different schools
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Availability for work from September 2025, with either full-time or part-time capacity
