Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?

Has experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)
Holds a degree or has relevant youth work/education experience
Has experience with or is open to supporting personal care needs
Has restraint training or is willing to undergo it
Is committed, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children
Can confidently deliver 1:1 and small group support
Is eager to develop their skills and step up to cover lessons when needed
Is available to start immediately or secure a role for September
