SEN Teaching Assistant – Bridgend
Location: Bridgend, South Wales

Pay: From £89.38 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary
Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming local school in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and be part of a committed school team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver individualised learning
Provide emotional and behavioural support where necessary
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting SEN pupils
Willingness to learn and adapt

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
