Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in Llanelli? Do you thrive on making a real difference in children's lives?
Vetro Education is searching for highly motivated, flexible, and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for an immediate start at a specialist SEN school in Llanelli.
This is a full-time, long-term, permanent opportunity to support young people aged 4-19 with autism, who may also have additional learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and supervising educational games, sports, and craft activities.
Assisting children with reading and other core subjects.
Preparing the classroom for lessons and creating engaging displays of children's work.
Working with pupils in small groups and/or providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs.
Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour effectively.
Facilitating group activities and promoting a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and understanding of how to support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Previous school experience, ideally within an SEN setting.
References covering the last two years (no employment gaps).
A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
The Right to Work in the UK.
