Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Day-to-Day Supply) Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Competitive, based on experience Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in fantastic schools across Central and West London! The Role: You will be supporting students with a range of SEN, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) Needs Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN) Physical Disabilities (PD) Sensory Impairments (Hearing/Vision) Down Syndrome & Global Developmental Delay We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or adults with SEN, healthcare, or personal care (e.g., care workers, support workers, nursery practitioners) Level 3 CACHE or equivalent is desirable but not essential Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach Willingness to assist with personal care (manual handling, feeding, toileting) if required Flexible Work Options: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Part-Time (Flexible days) Day-to-Day Supply (Perfect for those who need flexibility) Why Join Us?
