Kind Regards, Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Caerphilly Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent About This Role Leader Group is proud to be partnering with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Caerphilly. This role will involve mentoring, supporting, and inspiring learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that are aged 11 - 17. Both in a 1-1 or small group capacity. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the development of student's academic and personal growth. You will assist in preparing learning materials, contribute to the delivery of learning objectives, and maintain a strong focus on behavioural management. You will also interact with parents/caregivers and provide daily reports on learner's progress and barriers to learning.
