SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted – Make a Real Impact This Year! Location: Burscough Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £85–£100 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have the patience, empathy, and creativity to help pupils thrive? We are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in the [insert area] area for the upcoming academic year. Your Role Will Involve: Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups with a variety of needs (including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and Downs Syndrome) Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions Helping pupils engage in the curriculum and build confidence in and out of the classroom Promoting emotional well-being, independence, and social development Ideal Candidate: ✅ Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or non-school setting) ✅ Calm, positive, and proactive attitude ✅ A genuine passion for inclusive education ✅ Relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not essential) Whether you’re an experienced TA or someone looking to take their first step into education – we’d love to hear from you!
