Job Description
We’re currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of special educational needs across inclusive and nurturing school environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and specialist teams, helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning differences.
* Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and help pupils access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual needs.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
* Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
About You:
* Previous experience working with children in SEN settings, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow individual learning plans and provide tailored support
* A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
