SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol
A specialist SEN school in Bristol is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students aged 8-16 with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This is a long-term role with an immediate start.
Role Overview:
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
Help implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Encourage social development and positive relationships
Work closely with teaching staff and external professionalsIdeal for:
Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field, or experienced SEN support staff seeking a rewarding role.
Details:
£90-£95 per day (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Full-time, long-term position
