Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Worthing
Pay: £85 - £95 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school community in Worthing this September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role, helping students to thrive both academically and personally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant experience)
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students
