Job Description
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Haringey. You will be working 1:1 with a little boy in Year 3, helping him to engage with his learning and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
The role will include:
Providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with additional needs.
Assisting with learning tasks and helping the child access the curriculum.
Supporting social development, confidence, and independence.
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Have a genuine passion for working with children.
