🌟 Your Role – Where You’ll Make a Difference
You won’t just be assisting—you’ll be empowering. Working 1:1 or with small groups, you’ll provide targeted support to help children with additional needs feel confident, capable, and celebrated.
Your day-to-day may include:
Supporting pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional challenges
Assisting teachers with tailored learning activities and personalised plans
Encouraging independence, communication, and emotional regulation
Providing support with personal care or mobility where needed
Building strong, positive relationships that boost children’s self-belief
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress
