The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with diverse needs
Assist pupils with personal care tasks in a respectful and dignified manner
Support learning activities under the direction of teaching staff
Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans
Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support pupils holisticallyIdeal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)

A willingness to support with personal care as part of the daily routine
