Teaching Personnel is excited to recruit the next generation of Teaching Assistants for the 2025/2026 academic year! We’re looking for energetic, empathetic, and committed individuals to support students with special educational needs (SEN). These may include mental health conditions, communication difficulties, emotional or behavioural challenges, and physical disabilities.
Whether you're already working in education or looking to transition from a sports coaching background, this is your chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people aged 5 to 16.
What the Role Involves
Supporting students with SEN, both one-on-one and in small groups
Working alongside teachers and support staff to boost learning and well-being ✨
Building meaningful relationships with students, helping them feel safe and supported ❤️
Assisting with classwork, activities, and tailored learning interventions
What We’re Looking For
A passion for education and helping young people reach their potential
Strong behaviour management and communication skills ️
A background in sports coaching – ideal but not essential ♂️⚽
Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour (personal or professional) is a bonus
Previous school experience welcomed but not required – enthusiasm counts most!
