The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD Focus)
Qualiteach are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a well-regarded special needs school in Brent. This full-time, long-term role will involve working closely with students aged 5–16 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and may present with associated communication and behavioural challenges. You will provide tailored academic, emotional and social support to students, either 1:1 or in small groups. You should be familiar with using Makaton, PECS, Now & Next boards, and other visual supports. Prior experience in an SEN or ASD setting is essential.
