Teaching Assistant – KS3 Provision
Redditch | Immediate Start | Potential Long-Term / Permanent Opportunity
Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Bordesley MAT for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of their welcoming middle schools in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils within the KS3 provision, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Role
Supporting students across KS3, both in class and with small group/1:1 work
Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
Helping to foster positive relationships and encourage engagement in learning
Providing additional pastoral and behavioural support where requiredWhat’s on Offer
