THE ROLE- SEN Teaching Assistant
Being a SEN Teaching Assistant will require you to support a student with special needs, who would benefit from someone nurturing and warm. You will look after the child’s physical, social and emotional welfare; to enable they makes the best progress as possible. This role involves helping in the classroom and with personal care tasks, including toileting. Also, monitoring and recording their development throughout the academic year and help create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for the child.
