SEN Teaching Assistant - Oxfordshire - ASAP
Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £89.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Are you passionate about making a difference in children's education? We are seeking a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Faringdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs in an inclusive and nurturing environment.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual pupils and small groups
Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and social development
Provide tailored support for children with additional needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment both inside and outside the classroomThe ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, adaptable, and proactive. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training and ongoing development will be provided.
