1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 3 SEN
Location: Walsall (WS3)
Start Date: ASAP

Smile Education are currently seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in WS3. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with a child in Year 3 who requires additional support with SEN.
The successful candidate will:
Provide consistent 1:1 support, ensuring the pupil remains engaged and encouraged throughout the school day.
Assist with classroom learning, helping the child access the curriculum in a positive and structured way.
Build strong relationships with the child, staff, and parents to promote progress and wellbeing.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored strategies.Requirements:
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Experience supporting children with behavioural needs in a primary school setting.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
