We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for schools across Coventry. These positions are ideal for graduates or early-career TAs who are excited to support pupils with additional needs in inclusive, supportive school environments.
In this role you will:

Support pupils with SEN (autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties) across primary and secondary settings
*
Work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to learn, build confidence, and develop life skills
*
Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and therapy teams to provide the best possible support
*
Gain valuable experience that aligns with future careers in teaching, psychology, or therapy
You’ll need to bring:

A Psychology degree or relevant experience working with children with SEN
*
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach

Adaptability to different classrooms and pupil needs

A willingness to learn and develop your skills
