The Role
As an SEN TA, you will:
Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions both inside and outside of the classroom.
Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs.
Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in students.
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting students with SEN (desirable, but not essential).
Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with young people.
Has good communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to helping every student succeed.
