A friendly mainstream primary in Barking and Dagenham is looking for a patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their dedicated SEN resource base.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with autism and learning difficulties.
Support pupils with transitions between the resource base and mainstream classes.
Collaborate with the SENCO and teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
Requirements:
Previous SEN experience desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and resilience.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
